Account & Data Deletion
This page explains how to delete your PuzzleVerse account and the data associated with it. PuzzleVerse is developed and published by CoderViet.

1. Delete your account inside the app
This is the fastest way and takes effect immediately:
- Open PuzzleVerse.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Wait for the short confirmation delay, then tap the delete button to confirm.
Your sign-in account is removed straight away and you are signed out of the app.
2. If you have already uninstalled the app
Send an email to vietcv88@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my PuzzleVerse account". To let us find the right account, please either send the request from the email address you registered with, or include your in-game display name.
We verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, and we reply by email once it is done.
3. What is deleted
The following data is deleted and cannot be recovered:
- Your sign-in account with our authentication provider (Firebase Authentication)
- Your email address, including any pending email change
- The link between your device's guest session and the account
- Your display name, which is replaced with "Deleted User"
4. What is kept, and why
After deletion, the records below are no longer connected to your name, email address or sign-in account. They are kept only in this de-identified form:
- Gameplay statistics and leaderboard entries — kept so that scores, rankings and daily challenge results stay consistent for other players. Any entry of yours that remains visible is shown as "Deleted User".
- Transaction records for in-app purchases — kept to meet accounting and tax obligations and to prevent purchase fraud and abuse. We never store payment card details or billing information.
We do not use this de-identified data to contact you or to build any profile about you. For more detail on what we collect in the first place, see our Privacy Policy.
5. Please read before you delete
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Coins, diamonds, hints, streaks, achievements and VIP status are lost and cannot be restored, including items you paid for.
- An active subscription is not cancelled by deleting your account. Subscriptions are billed by the app store, so you must cancel it yourself at Google Play subscriptions or App Store subscriptions, otherwise billing continues.
- Creating a new account later starts from zero; previous progress cannot be transferred back.
